Receiving your Items

If you buy a single item on any marketplace in Germany or any other European country, you can enter our address for shipping. With the seller, you only pay for the low shipping costs within Europe or Germany.

We receive your article and check if the content corresponds to the description and has no damage.Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation of your arrival. In addition, you will receive a report on the condition and packaging, of course, with photos.

We store your item safely in our warehouse until enough items have been collected for economic shipping.For this service you do not have to ask us first! You can simply order it through your account with us.

The fee is very low and depends only on the purchase price without the shipping costs ;-)

Pick up Service

If the seller only offers pickup, we can organize a pickup for you
